Heidi Klum Talks About Her Confidence in Going Topless
Heidi Klum recently took a moment from her sun-soaked vacation in St. Barts to engage with fans on social media, responding to inquiries about her confidence in sunbathing topless. Klum has made headlines during her holiday for frequently shedding her bikini top while enjoying beach time with husband Tom Kaulitz.
On January 2, Klum addressed her followers on Instagram, where she humorously acknowledged her comfort with being topless, stating, “It’s just breasts.” This remark accompanied images of her in a light blue Calzedonia bikini and a striking animal print slip dress, alongside a picturesque sunset view.
After celebrating Christmas in New York City, the model began her New Year’s festivities with a playful display, showcasing thong bikini bottoms and a pearl necklace. She continued this trend into the new year, posting a photo of herself by the pool wearing a red thong bikini.
Klum has previously shared insights into her attitudes toward sunbathing without a top. In a July interview, she remarked on her open approach to body image, mentioning how her children have become comfortable with their own bodies because of her relaxed habits. “I’m European…my kids don’t know me any other way and are probably more easygoing with their bodies because of it,” she explained.
The supermodel also revealed that her topless habits at home sometimes prompt reminders from her children when their friends visit. She noted, “They will come, like, ‘You know, my friend is coming over, mom, put your top on.’ And I’m like, ‘When have I ever not had a top on when your friend was coming over? Of course, I will.’”
As Klum continues to embrace her lifestyle and body positivity, her candidness resonates with many, illustrating a refreshing perspective on self-acceptance and confidence.
