Heather Graham Celebrates New Year with Nostalgic Instagram Posts
As the celebrations of New Year’s Eve draw to a close, actress Heather Graham has joined numerous celebrities in sharing her personal highlights from 2025 on social media. The 55-year-old actress posted a series of throwback images on Instagram, including a striking photo of herself in a blue string bikini from a summer vacation in Sardinia.
"Happy New Year!" Graham captioned her post. "I’m grateful for all the love and friends and adventures in 2025. Wishing you all a happy new year, and I hope your new year is filled with lots of love and adventures."

In addition to personal moments, Graham shared images from her professional life, including a snapshot with Kristin Davis taken during her guest appearance on Davis’s podcast, "Are You A Charlotte?" Graham previously appeared as herself in an episode of the popular HBO series, Sex and the City.
"I think it might be one of our best all-time episodes," Davis remarked about Graham’s cameo, to which Graham replied, "I agree. I think it’s my favorite episode ever."

During their conversation, the pair also reflected on Graham’s past relationship with the late actor Heath Ledger, whom she dated from 2000 to 2001. Ledger passed away in 2008.
"Yes, I dated him," Graham shared. "I think we might have watched Sex and the City together, and I think he actually really liked it."

Graham reflected on her past with Ledger, expressing deep feelings for him. "I was very in love with him," she said. "He’s kind of amazing. I feel proud that I dated him. Yeah, for sure. I wish he was still alive."
