Gott’s Roadside, a Bay Area Favorite, Announces Grand Opening for New Los Angeles Location
Gott’s Roadside Expands to Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES – Gott’s Roadside, a beloved eatery from Northern California, is set to open its first Los Angeles location at the Original Farmers Market on March 6. This expansion represents a significant milestone for the brand, which originally launched in St. Helena nearly thirty years ago.
The new establishment will be located at 6333 W. Third Street in Beverly Grove. Designed to reflect the ambiance of its St. Helena origin, the restaurant will feature white clapboard ceilings, red accents, and a dedicated soft-serve window, all elements that evoke a classic roadside dining experience.
The menu will include a variety of fan-favorites such as the Kimchi Burger, Western Bacon Blue Ring, and hand-spun milkshakes. Adding a unique twist, patrons will also find a selection of beer, wine, and kombucha. Signature offerings, like Ahi Poke Tacos and the California Burger, will mirror the restaurant’s wine-country influence.
Gott’s president Clay Walker expressed enthusiasm about the new location, stating, "We chose The Original Farmers Market as our first Southern California outpost because of its iconic status as one of the premier public markets in the country… It looks kind of almost like an old house, but smack dab in the middle of urban Los Angeles."
Owner Joel Gott emphasized the significance of this expansion, saying, "This expansion to Southern California feels like coming full circle for us. For 25 years, we’ve been celebrating the flavors of the California roadside in Northern California, and now we’re thrilled to bring that same locally-inspired dining experience to LA."
Following the Beverly Grove opening, Gott’s Roadside plans to establish its first coastal location in Santa Monica later this year.
