Get Ready for the Arcadia Invitational This Saturday at Arcadia High
Olympian Quincy Wilson to Compete at Arcadia Invitational
Quincy Wilson, an Olympian and standout athlete from Bullis High School in Maryland, is set to showcase his speed in two relay races and the 400-meter event at the Arcadia Invitational this Saturday. The evening competitions will commence at 5 p.m. at Arcadia High School.
The event will also feature Servite’s 4×100-meter relay team, which recently made headlines by setting a state record as the first team to break the 40-second mark in the event. The Friars are expected to be strong competitors across both relay events.
Jaslene Massey from Aliso Niguel will also be a focal point, competing in the girls’ shot put and discus. Known for her remarkable performance history at Arcadia, she is considered one of the elite athletes in these events.
Defending state champion high jumper JJ Harel from Sherman Oaks Notre Dame will participate, returning to full-time practice just in time for the competition. The upcoming event promises to deliver exceptional performances, particularly in the boys’ and girls’ 100-meter races.
The Arcadia Invitational is anticipated to be a highlight on the spring sports calendar, bringing together some of the most talented high school athletes from across the region.
