Eve Hewson Joins Channing Tatum in Amazon MGM Studios’ ‘Isle of Man’
Eve Hewson to Star Alongside Channing Tatum in Isle of Man
Eve Hewson has been cast opposite Channing Tatum in the upcoming film Isle of Man, produced by Amazon MGM Studios. The film will be directed by Reid Carolin, who co-wrote the script with writer and producer Jason Keller, alongside Bryan Johnson. The production team includes Tatum and Carolin’s Free Association, Brad Pitt’s Plan B, and Entertainment 360’s Guymon Casady.
The Isle of Man TT stands as the world’s oldest continuously running motorsport event, known for its unique thrill and challenges. With riders reaching speeds of nearly 200 mph, the event exemplifies the pinnacle of sporting achievement and the relentless quest for glory.
Accompanying the film, a docuseries filmed during last year’s TT Races offers unprecedented access to both the riders and the events. This production is backed by the same team behind the film, including Tatum, Carolin, and Keller, as well as Box to Box Films, known for its work on Drive to Survive and Full Swing, and Mediawan.
Hewson has established herself as a rising talent in the industry, with a diverse range of projects in both television and film. She recently appeared in Jay Kelly, directed by Noah Baumbach and featuring George Clooney and Adam Sandler. Upcoming projects include Disclosure Day, directed by Steven Spielberg for Universal Pictures, and another feature by Lenny Abrahamson alongside Tom Burke.
Her television credits are equally impressive, with recent roles in the Netflix limited series The Perfect Couple and the second season of Bad Sisters. Additional appearances include Flora and Son for Apple TV+, Behind Her Eyes on Netflix, the adaptation of The Luminaries, and The Knick. Her film repertoire features titles like Robin Hood, Papillon, Tesla, and Bridge of Spies.
Hewson is represented by WME, Brillstein Entertainment Partners, and Sloane, Offer, Weber & Dern.
