Actor Ernie Hudson, now 79, recently shared insights about his life and career, including a recent viewing of Ghostbusters with his great-grandchildren.
Hudson, known for his role as Winston Zeddemore in the beloved 1984 film and its sequels, expressed a feeling of nostalgia when he sees glimpses of the iconic movie on television. “I’ll see a moment and I go, ‘Wow, I was young. That is proof. My God,’” he said, laughing. “I don’t tend to revisit a lot of the stuff that I’ve done but occasionally I will if it comes on. I have three great grandkids so the last time I watched it was probably with them. I do still sing the song, though.”

My wife has a tool belt, and I don’t feel guilty about it either.” When reflecting on his last memorable fan encounter, Hudson recalled a moment when someone shouted, “Ernie Hudson! You’re a legend!” while he was walking with his wife, Linda Kingsberg. “Which means you’re old, I think,” he joked.
