Thieves Confronted by Hollywood Hills Couple Upon Return Home

A Hollywood Hills couple encountered an unsettling surprise upon their return home from Los Angeles International Airport on Friday night. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m., when they discovered two thieves inside their residence.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the robbers appeared to have knowledge of the home’s layout and targeted specific valuables. During the confrontation, one of the intruders brandished a crowbar but ultimately, the suspects chose to retreat. A third accomplice waited outside in a getaway vehicle, allowing the trio to escape with stolen jewelry.

At the time of the break-in, the couple’s children and their nanny were asleep inside the house. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident.

The police have yet to release a detailed description of the suspects involved.
