The 35-year-old *Riverdale* alum is anticipating his first child with Camille Summers-Valli.
Summers-Valli revealed her pregnancy news with a heartfelt Instagram post on January 2. “Making a lil family 🪺,” she wrote alongside a series of images.
The post featured touching snapshots, including one of Melton kissing her baby bump and another of the actor at a doctor’s office.
Additional photos highlighted Summers-Valli’s growing baby bump.
Representatives for both individuals did not respond to requests for comment on January 4.

In the comment section, Melton’s *Warfare* costar Michael Gandolfini expressed his excitement: “Mom and dad!!! Love you both so much,” he wrote.
Both Melton and Summers-Valli have kept their relationship largely private. Melton was previously linked romantically to several individuals, including his *Riverdale* costar Camila Mendes from 2018 to 2021, Chase Sui Wonders in 2022, and Chloe Bennet in 2023.
In a 2019 interview with *Hunger* magazine, Melton addressed public scrutiny related to his relationships, stating, “People need to mind their own f—— business, honestly.” He emphasized the importance of disregarding unsolicited opinions on personal affairs, adding, “Not everyone is going to be a supporter or a fan of your relationship, and people need to remember that opinions aren’t facts.”
