Chappell Roan Embraces a Fresh-Faced Look in Her New MAC Campaign
Chappell Roan has been identified as the newest ambassador for MAC Cosmetics, showcasing a fresh and unconventional look that diverges from her typically vibrant style.
In an upcoming campaign, Roan will appear alongside fellow models Quanlin Blackwell and Gabbriette, promoting MAC’s official launch at Sephora on March 2. The campaign images aim to showcase the brand’s versatility, highlighting each model’s transformation from subtle everyday beauty to bold glam.
One striking image features Roan with minimal makeup, accentuating her features with just a hint of blush and a natural lip color. “We wanted to create a look that honored MAC’s legacy as a brand, by and for everyone,” said makeup artist Andrew Dahling, reflecting the campaign’s inclusive vision.
The initiative, revealed in a press release, emphasizes MAC’s commitment to inclusivity in beauty. “MAC is culture,” states Roan, while Blackwell adds, “MAC is for everyone,” and Gabbriette succinctly concludes, “MAC is timeless.”
Previously, Roan garnered attention at the 2026 Grammys with a dramatic look adorned with prosthetic pasties and a barely-there dress. The contrasting campaign promotes a more minimalistic approach, underscoring the evolving nature of beauty standards and brand representation.
