The film draws inspiration from a short story by Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, focusing on a young boy sent to spend a summer with his eccentric grandfather on a secluded Welsh farm. The storyline reveals that what the boy initially anticipates as a dull experience morphs into a summer filled with chaos, imagination, and unexpected joy.
Production is spearheaded by Welsh producer Huw Penallt Jones, alongside Hannah Leader and Amory Leader. This project is a European co-production involving Adler Entertainment and U-Media.
World sales are being managed by WestEnd Films, which plans to present the film at the Cannes Market.
