Carole Radziwill Rejoins the Cast of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York City Season 16
Carole Radziwill will return to The Real Housewives of New York City after an eight-year hiatus. The former ABC News correspondent is set to join the franchise as a “friend of” when Season 16 premieres later this year, according to a confirmation from Bravo.
Bravo celebrated Radziwill’s comeback with a statement: “In the marathon of life, loyalty is everything. And because of Bravo fans’ loyalty, Carole Radziwill is returning to #RHONY as a friend-of for Season 16!!!”
Radziwill first appeared on RHONY in Season 5 but departed in 2018 after the conclusion of Season 10, following a fallout with both executive producer Andy Cohen and co-star Bethenny Frankel. Although she previously expressed dissatisfaction with her experience, a pivotal moment occurred when she reconciled with Cohen and made an unexpected appearance on his late-night show, Watch What Happens Live. This year, she also attended BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, where she reflected on her past with the show and received a warm reception from fans.
Filming for Season 16 of RHONY is anticipated to commence this week after a brief hiatus. While Bravo has yet to officially announce the complete cast for the season, returning members are expected to include Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy, and Jessel Taank. Notably, Jenna Lyons confirmed last year that she would not be returning, and Brynn Whitfield announced a similar decision earlier in the year.

Radziwill will be the first legacy star from RHONY confirmed to rejoin the cast since the Season 14 reboot. Meanwhile, former Housewives, including Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Kelly Bensimon, Sonja Morgan, and Dorinda Medley, are set to star in a new series titled The Golden Life that is currently filming in Palm Beach, Florida.
