Cardi B is speaking out against criticism of her relationship with Stefon Diggs. The rapper, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, responded to negative comments after she reportedly spent Christmas without the NFL star.

In a candid video shared on X, Cardi expressed frustration with the derogatory remarks her fans have directed at her over the past few days. “Y’all need to calm down. Is y’all cool? Y’all been dragging me for three or four days and y’all been a little bit too mean,” she said.

Furthermore, she addressed the impracticality of her critics’ expectations. “I can’t change s—. I can’t go back in time. I already had a baby. Y’all want me to put my baby back in my p—-? Huh? I don’t know what y’all want me to do. Y’all want me to leave my man and f— yours?” Cardi concluded that the only way forward is to keep progressing in her life.

Cardi B and Diggs welcomed a baby boy in November, with a representative confirming that “Cardi is healthy and happy.” The rapper is also a mother to three other children: daughter Kulture, 7, son Wave, 4, and daughter Blossom, 1, from her previous relationship with rapper Offset.

In the past, Diggs has been open about his fatherhood journey, having welcomed a daughter, Nova, in October 2016, before his relationship with Cardi B.

On Christmas, Diggs shared moments with his children on his Instagram Stories, and notably reposted a family photo of Cardi and their son from her post.

In closing, Cardi mentioned in her video that the start of a new year brings a lot of responsibilities, saying she has “so much work to do once January starts, that is stressing me out.”

In her final remarks, Cardi emphasized the importance of support from her fans, stating, “I need my support system, my fans, to love me. I want you to come to my tour and enjoy yourself with me. Don’t be dragging me. It’s enough, alright, it’s enough.”
