Whitney Rose found herself at the center of tension during the latest reunion episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City which aired on January 13. The reality star confronted fellow cast member Meredith Marks regarding events that unfolded at BravoCon in Las Vegas last November.
Reflecting on her experience, Whitney, 39, confessed, “I drank a lot at BravoCon. When I drink, I’m a very happy, loving drunk. I love to love on people.” She mentioned attempting to reconcile with Meredith, saying, “I am sorry for how things have fallen out with us. I want to be your friend.” Instead, she claimed that Meredith misrepresented her intentions, alleging Meredith said she retracted her previous comments about their co-star, Britani Bateman, during a flight.

During the heated exchange, Meredith, 54, questioned why they couldn’t maintain a friendship away from the cameras, while Whitney insisted she had always supported her, asserting, “You took what happened at BravoCon, and you lied about me.” Whitney reiterated her disbelief at how their relationship deteriorated, particularly after she had defended Meredith against harsh comments made by their co-star, Lisa Barlow.

Meredith further described Whitney’s behavior at BravoCon as “falling down drunk,” recounting that her husband, Justin Rose, had to help her upstairs following the incident. In a moment of reflection, Whitney expressed her determination to refrain from similar behavior in the future, stating, “Trust me, I’m never going to do it again,” and emphasizing that she would no longer seek to befriend Meredith.
Whitney concluded her remarks by owning up to her intoxication during the taping, reiterating, “I own that I was drunk, and I’ve already apologized to Andy for being too drunk at WWHL. That’s on me.” Andy Cohen affirmed the concern for her well-being prior to the taping, noting that there was apprehension she would not make it across the stage.
Part two of the RHOSLC reunion is set to air on January 20.
