AGBO Collaborates with ‘The Bluff’ Writers Frank E. Flowers and Joe Ballarini on Exciting New Film
EXCLUSIVE: Following the success of Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ film The Bluff, which has claimed the top spot among Amazon Prime’s most-watched films for a second consecutive week, producer AGBO has announced the acquisition of a new project. The untitled film will be scripted by The Bluff writers Frank E. Flowers and Joe Ballarini, with the deal exceeding seven figures, to be divided between the two writers.
While AGBO has not disclosed details regarding the plot, the film is expected to follow in the footsteps of The Bluff, offering an original story on a grand scale. Flowers, who directed The Bluff, has not had his successor named for this upcoming project.
The Bluff features Chopra Jonas as a retired pirate captain who must return to her swashbuckling roots when her sea captain is kidnapped by an old adversary.
Flowers’ previous credits include Bob Marley: One Love, while Ballarini is known for A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting. Flowers is represented by UTA, Brillstein, and Goodman Genow, while Ballarini is with Verve and McKuin Frankel.
