LAPD Investigates Potential Victims in AI-Generated Child Pornography Case
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is investigating a troubling case involving the arrest of an employee who allegedly created AI-generated child pornography, with officials expressing concern that there may be additional victims.
Julian Kurt Perez, 25, of Los Angeles, was taken into custody on Monday. He is accused of producing illicit material involving at least two minors while employed at schools across the San Fernando Valley.
Perez faces a charge of possession of child or youth pornography, although it remains unclear whether he has legal representation to comment on the case.
