Adam Sandler Attends Golden Globe Awards with Jackie
Adam Sandler and his wife, Jackie Sandler, made a stylish appearance at the Golden Globe Awards held on January 11, 2026. The couple coordinated their look, sporting matching black outfits during the star-studded event in Los Angeles.
Adam, 59, was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the Netflix film Jay Kelly, where he portrays the manager to a troubled film star played by George Clooney. While he donned a classic black tuxedo, Jackie, 51, opted for an elegant floor-length black gown and carried a silver handbag.
The couple has been married since 2003 and shares two daughters: Sadie, 19, and Sunny, 17. They first met in 1999 while filming Big Daddy, where Jackie played a waitress.
In the Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role category, Sandler was up against notable actors including Benicio Del Toro and Sean Penn. Ultimately, Stellan Skarsgård took home the award for his performance in Sentimental Value.

During a recent acceptance speech at the Palm Springs International Film Festival, Adam expressed his appreciation for Jackie, reflecting on the significance of their relationship. He noted that despite contemplating a different career path—working with his father as an electrical engineer—he believes he would still be married to her, attributing their bond to destiny.
“I sometimes think about it, [if] I didn’t click that year and I did go work for my dad, what my life would be right now,” he shared. “First off, I’m thinking I’d probably still be married to my wife, Jackie. That’s destiny. Nothing stops that."
He humorously added, "But we definitely [would] have a different house. Probably, like, 10 less bathrooms and [fewer] statues of me."
