6ix9ine Shares Surprising Thoughts on Girlfriend’s Pregnancy During Gender Reveal Party
Controversy Surrounds 6ix9ine’s Remarks on Girlfriend’s Pregnancy
Rapper 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, has sparked backlash following comments made during a gender reveal party for his girlfriend, Aliday Alter. The 30-year-old artist declared that if the couple’s unborn child is a girl, he would pursue an abortion.
In a livestream of the event, 6ix9ine stated, “If it’s not a boy, it’s an a-bor-tion.” Streamers present, including Adin Ross, Clavicular, and N3ON, appeared visibly stunned and awkwardly laughed off the remark. The conversation shifted to Alter, who jokingly guessed the baby’s gender as female. 6ix9ine reiterated his controversial stance, claiming, “She’s down. She’s open-minded.”
Later in the event, it was revealed that the pair is expecting a baby boy. Alter had previously announced her pregnancy in April, sharing a photo of herself on social media while showing off her baby bump. She and 6ix9ine have been linked romantically for approximately a year.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Alter expressed, “My world is about to change.” She previously welcomed two daughters from past relationships, ages 12 and 7, respectively.
6ix9ine’s history includes legal troubles; in January, he reported to prison to serve a three-month sentence for violating terms of supervised release related to a racketeering case. He was found in possession of drugs and faced charges following an altercation in Florida.
As the public response to his comments continues to unfold, the implications of his statements on social media and in popular culture remain a topic of heated discussion.
