Neon Welcomes New Team Members and Promotions in Marketing
Neon has announced several key appointments and promotions within its marketing department, signaling a strategic shift as it aims to enhance its presence in the film industry.
Joey Monteiro has been promoted to President of Worldwide Marketing, a role that will see him overseeing marketing efforts both domestically and internationally for the burgeoning studio.
In addition, Alex Altschuler has been promoted to President of Media, while Don Wilcox and Mike Winton both rise to the position of Executive Vice President of Marketing. Danielle Lee has also been appointed as Director of Creative Services. All will report directly to Monteiro.
The company has also welcomed Cat Fisher as Executive Vice President of Marketing. Fisher previously served as Vice President of Marketing at FilmNation Entertainment. Wilcox, Lee, and Fisher will be under Monteiro’s leadership as they navigate the competitive landscape.
This restructuring follows the departure of Neon’s Chief Marketing Officer Christian Parkes, who left in late 2025, alongside colleagues Jason Wald and Spencer Collantes, to join Warner Bros.
