Watch the Trailer for ‘Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice’: James Marsden Helps Two Vince Vaughns Navigate Time Travel Adventures
First Trailer Released for Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice
The first trailer for the R-rated comedy Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice has officially premiered. The film features a star-studded cast, including Vince Vaughn, James Marsden, and Eiza González, and is set to stream exclusively on Hulu starting March 27.
In the trailer, Vaughn’s character gives Marsden’s character stern advice, stating, “Open the glove compartment.” The two navigate a scenario involving chloroform, leading to a comical twist when Marsden’s character has to use it on a different version of Vaughn’s character, Nick. The hijinks escalate from there.
The plot revolves around two gangsters and the woman they love, thrust into a perilous night filled with twists, thanks to the addition of a time machine. As the trailer unfolds, Marsden’s Mike is seen exclaiming, “It was your idea!” when confronted by another version of Vaughn’s Nick.
Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice will make its world premiere at the SXSW Film & TV Festival on March 14, where it will be showcased at the historic Paramount Theatre in Austin.
Vaughn’s character reflects on the chaos, saying, “I want to try to right some wrongs here, but there is a person that could f*ck this whole thing up, and that person is me.” The film explores the humorous complexities of clones and time travel, revealing that Nick has already experienced the night’s events in a previous timeline, where Mike met a tragic fate.
The crew includes notable talents such as Keith David, Jimmy Tatro, Stephen Root, Lewis Tan, Ben Schwartz, Emily Hampshire, and Arturo Castro. Written and directed by BenDavid Grabinski, the film is produced by Andrew Lazar, with Richard Middleton and Vanessa Humphrey serving as executive producers.
The trailer promises a blend of comedy and chaos as it prepares to launch onto streaming platforms later this month.
