Fatal Shooting of Teen in Victorville Under Investigation

VICTORVILLE, Calif. — Authorities are investigating the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy, identified as Jeremy Rosales, which occurred Friday night in a Victorville neighborhood.

Shortly after 8:20 p.m., the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department received multiple reports of gunfire near the intersection of Glen Canyon Lane and Burwood Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Rosales in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

As the investigation unfolds, officials have yet to provide information about any potential suspects or the motive behind the shooting. It remains unclear whether Rosales was specifically targeted or if the incident was a random act of violence.
