YMU and TalentX Alumni Launch New Management Firm, Welcoming E! News Host Keltie Knight and Others
EXCLUSIVE: A coalition of former agents from YMU and TalentX has officially launched Glossary Artists, showcasing talent such as E! News host Keltie Knight and boxer Alycia Baumgardner.
Although Glossary has been operating quietly since last year, its official market debut includes a roster of high-profile signings, comprising Knight, Baumgardner, celebrity makeup artist and creative director Sir John Barnett, 5 Seconds of Summer guitarist Michael Clifford, and author Jenn Lueke.
Keltie Knight, a triple-Emmy Award-winning presenter, currently hosts E! News and has previously worked as a correspondent for Entertainment Tonight. She has also contributed to The Insider and CBS’s Superfan, a show she created and executive produced. Knight’s podcast, LadyGang, boasts over 300 million downloads.
Alycia Baumgardner holds the WBA, IBF, and WBO super-featherweight boxing titles and is a former unified champion. Represented by Most Valuable Promotions, she appeared on the undercard of the Netflix bout between Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua in December 2025, and will headline an event at Madison Square Garden this year as part of a new multi-year broadcast deal with ESPN.
Sir John Barnett is recognized for crafting looks for stars like Beyoncé and Zendaya. He serves as the Creative Director for skincare brand Medicube and has worked with L’Oréal Paris and Kilian Paris. Pop-rock guitarist Michael Clifford has recently released a solo album and will have Glossary manage his gaming-related partnerships. Jenn Lueke, author of the New Times Bestseller Don’t Think About Dinner, is known for her appearances on Good Morning America and The Today Show, alongside her work as a food creator and recipe developer.
Glossary’s launch coincides with a growing demand for creator representation both in the U.S. and internationally. The agency is spearheaded by seasoned agents with extensive experience in the industry.
Managing Director and Partner Deanna Ritter, based in Los Angeles, focuses on talent management and creators. Having previously held senior roles at Be Social and YMU, she has collaborated with firms like Fab, Warby Parker, ShopStyle, and Rakuten.
Kimberly Duman, also a Managing Partner, brings nearly two decades of talent management experience across fashion, digital media, and entertainment. She began her career at LA Models before leading at StyleHaul, one of the first networks managing YouTube channels.
Vanessa DelMuro is another Managing Partner with extensive experience in talent marketing and entertainment. Her background includes notable positions such as Managing Director at TalentX Entertainment and Head of U.S. Social at YMU Entertainment.
Amber Howard, a Managing Director at Glossary, is a former senior talent manager at YMU Group with expertise in influencer marketing and a focus on beauty and lifestyle. She transitioned to TalentX as Director of Talent before joining Glossary.
Haley Henning leads Gaming Talent at Glossary, representing creators such as Datto, Mari Takahashi, Sigils, and Harris Heller. Previously, she oversaw on-air talent for the NFL Network and managed talent relations at IMG, working to connect Erin Andrews with Dancing with the Stars.
Henning, a Managing Director, concentrates on talent strategy, brand partnerships, and career growth. Her career began at Live Nation and ICM Partners.
“Glossary Artists represents a new formula for talent management, intentionally building an environment that allows our managers to innovate and create meaningful opportunities for the clients they serve,” said Ritter.
“Pay-per-post arrangements and brand partnerships were useful starting points for the creator economy, but they are not the end goal,” DelMuro added. “That model focuses on moments rather than careers. At Glossary Artists, we aim to help clients develop original IP and self-sustaining ecosystems that translate years of audience trust into ownership, longevity, and real cultural equity.”
