Musically, the track leans toward a breezy indie-rock vibe, with Rocky (born Rakim Mayers) singing in the chorus, “I wanna fall in love, don’t want no broken heart / Don’t wanna grow apart (Take me back).”
The accompanying video, co-directed by Rocky, Folkert Verdoorn, and Simon Becks, showcases a lively garage jam session that attracts attention from neighbors.

Among the chaos, neighbor Winona Ryder brings cookies to the gathering, joining in the fun while a belligerent character tries to break up the party.
According to a press release, the video also features notable collaborators such as Danny Elfman, Thundercat, and A$AP Nast, while showcasing five of Rocky’s six alter egos from the upcoming album. Rocky himself portrays GR1M, Tommy Revenge as RUGAHAND, Thoto as BABUSHKA BOI, the Williams twins as SHIRTHEAD, and DUMMY making an appearance.
In a turn of events, Rocky, who sports a swollen eye and pink rollers, faces arrest but is quickly bailed out. However, he soon attempts to take revenge on the neighbor who complained, resulting in him being apprehended again. He ultimately orchestrates an escape from police custody using a lighter.
Rocky’s highly anticipated album, Don’t Be Dumb, will be released on January 16.
Last month, he revealed the album cover art via Instagram, expressing his excitement with the caption, “SORRY 4 THE WAIT DON’T BE DUMB FINALLY HERE!” He added gratitude towards Tim Burton for his assistance with the project, stating, “THANKS TIM BURTON FOR HELPING ME MAKE THIS MOVIE! COMING SOON.”
