“Favour” marks the first collaboration between FISHER and Tones And I. While the partnership may seem unexpected, the song delivers an infectious energy.
Tones And I, whose real name is Toni Watson, gained worldwide fame with her hit “Dance Monkey,” which topped over 30 national charts. In Australia, the track dominated the ARIA Chart for a record-setting 24 non-consecutive weeks and led the Official U.K. Singles Chart for 11 weeks, a benchmark for solo female artists. With two ARIA No. 1 albums and over 12 billion streams, Tones has become a prominent figure in the music industry.
FISHER, whose real name is Paul Fisher, boasts a rich catalog of 25 releases. His breakout single “Losing It” earned a Grammy nomination for best dance recording and his works have amassed over five billion streams globally. He has achieved eight ARIA platinum-certified singles. His recent track “Stay” is projected to become his fastest platinum release ahead of his upcoming Out 2 Lunch festival, which will expand to four cities: Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Gold Coast.
“Favour” was first teased by FISHER during his landmark headline shows at San Francisco’s Moscone Center in December, where he set the record for the largest solo dance event in the venue’s history, drawing an audience of 40,000, including NBA star Jimmy Butler.
FISHER has sold over 200,000 tickets in Australia alone, with plans for his festival expansion targeting an additional 100,000 attendees.
“Favour” is now available for streaming.
