At the event, Chalamet’s film, Marty Supreme, received recognition from the AFI Awards alongside prominent films such as Avatar: Fire and Ash, Bugonia, Frankenstein, Hamnet, Jay Kelly, One Battle After Another, Sinners, Train Dreams, and Wicked: For Good.

This appearance followed closely behind Chalamet’s recent win for Best Actor at the 2026 Critics’ Choice Awards. The actor acknowledged notable fellow nominees including Leonardo DiCaprio, Joel Edgerton, Ethan Hawke, Michael B. Jordan, and Wagner Moura. During his acceptance speech, he also mentioned director Josh Safdie and his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner.

“And lastly, I’ll just say, thank you to my partner of three years,” Chalamet concluded his speech. “Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.”

The couple was stylishly coordinated for the event, with Chalamet sporting a pinstripe Givenchy suit and a white button-down shirt, complemented by a pink flower-patterned silk tie and Chelsea boots. Jenner, meanwhile, dazzled in a black chainmail Versace gown featuring a plunging neckline and lace insets, her dark hair cascading in soft waves.

This event was not the first occasion the couple showcased their style together. At the Los Angeles premiere of Marty Supreme, they donned custom Chrome Hearts ensembles, with Chalamet opting for a vibrant orange leather suit paired with a silk shirt and boots, while Jenner wore an eye-catching floor-length gown with unique cutouts, adding orange pointed-toe pumps to her look.
