Skye P. Marshall Signs with Verve for Representation
Actress Skye P. Marshall, celebrated for her breakout role in CBS’s Matlock, has officially signed with Verve for representation. This news comes on the heels of her second Critics Choice Award nomination, announced Friday, for her performance as attorney Olympia Lawrence, where she stars alongside Kathy Bates. Marshall’s talents have also garnered recognition from the Gotham TV Awards and the Critics Choice Celebration of Black Cinema & TV.
In addition to her recent honors, Marshall was announced as one of the presenters for the 2026 Golden Globe nominations, scheduled for this Monday, December 8, alongside Marlon Wayans.
Marshall’s film work includes the comedic thriller Coup!, featuring Peter Sarsgaard and Billy Magnussen, which premiered at the 2023 Venice Film Festival. She also starred in the critically acclaimed Sundance film To Live & Die and Live, directed by Qasim Basir.
Her television credits span popular series such as Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, the CW’s superhero show Black Lightning, and CBS’s medical drama Good Sam. In addition to her acting career, Marshall is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
