Rome Flynn, Algee Smith, Desi Banks, and Siv Ngesi Team Up for the Action-Comedy ‘Boyz Trip’ Filming in South Africa
Production Begins on Action-Comedy ‘Boyz Trip’ in Cape Town
Production is now underway in Cape Town, South Africa, for the highly anticipated action-comedy film Boyz Trip. The film features a talented cast, including Emmy winner Rome Flynn, known for his role in How To Get Away With Murder; Algee Smith from Euphoria; comedian and actor Desi Banks, who starred in Little; and South African actor Siv Ngesi, recognized for his performance in The Woman King.
Directed by Kyle Scott, Boyz Trip follows four college friends who, tired of their annual meet-ups, embark on a boys’ getaway. However, their plans quickly spiral into chaos, compelling them to rely on their fraught bonds and questionable skills in order to survive.
Scott’s script is produced by Autumn Bailey-Ford with Autumn Bailey Entertainment. Scott also serves as an executive producer for KeyScott Entertainment and Canyon View Media.
KeyScott Entertainment, co-founded by Kyle Scott and A. Key, is based in Brisbane, Australia, and is currently in post-production on Next In Line, a Hispanic-led comedy series that has recently concluded filming in Atlanta, Georgia.
