Key Details
- Riley Keough reportedly donated her eggs to John Travolta and Kelly Preston, as stated in a legal complaint.
- Amended court documents filed by former business associates of Priscilla Presley allege that Keough’s donation facilitated the birth of their son, Benjamin.
- This revelation follows statements from Keough and her grandmother addressing new allegations in an ongoing lawsuit.
Riley Keough, the daughter of Danny Keough and Lisa Marie Presley, is alleged to have donated her eggs to actors John Travolta and Kelly Preston, who utilized them to conceive their son, Benjamin. These claims are outlined in court documents acquired by PEOPLE.
An amended complaint submitted on December 16 by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former business associates of Priscilla Presley, claims that Keough, 36, provided her eggs to 71-year-old Travolta and his late wife, who welcomed Benjamin 15 years ago.
The filing mentions that following Lisa Marie’s passing in January 2023, significant familial tensions arose over the control of her estate, with Kruse and Fialko allegedly acting as mediators.
The complaint details that Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, approached Kruse, asserting that Kelly Preston was unable to have children and that Travolta and Presley had previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to conceive. Lockwood suggested that he and his children faced financial distress, noting the chaos surrounding the situation.
However, the complaint does not confirm whether Lisa Marie’s eggs successfully resulted in a child for the Travolta family.

Additionally, Lockwood purportedly claimed that Travolta contacted the family in 2010, following the tragic passing of his son Jett. According to the document, Lockwood alleged that Travolta sought assistance in managing increasing negative publicity concerning his career.
The complaint states that Lockwood mentioned Travolta expressed reluctance to use Lisa Marie’s eggs, stating they did not want “eggs with heroin” linked to their child. It is claimed that a deal was arranged for Keough to donate her eggs, which would allow Kelly Preston to give birth to their son, Ben Travolta.
In exchange for her donation, the complaint alleges that Keough received an “old Jaguar” and financial compensation ranging from $10,000 to $20,000.
Furthermore, the documents suggest that Lockwood sought to leverage this information to secure a settlement for him and his daughters.
However, when Navarone Garcia, Priscilla’s son, learned of these developments, he expressed outrage and demanded that Keough’s and Travolta’s son be kept out of public scrutiny. He reportedly requested a “million-dollar settlement.”
Priscilla’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, condemned the allegations as unethical, claiming the plaintiffs would stop at nothing to inflict additional pain on the Presley family. They articulated their view that Kruse and her associates’ actions, including lawsuits against Presley’s family members, demonstrate egregious conduct and assert that these matters will be addressed in court.

The original legal filing accuses Priscilla Presley of various counts, including fraud, breach of contract, and misappropriation of name and likeness.
In a statement earlier this year, Riley Keough and her grandmother addressed the allegations, affirming their unity and commitment to honoring Lisa Marie Presley’s memory while protecting Elvis’ legacy. They described the claims as untrue and hurtful, emphasizing their determination to remain cohesive as a family despite external pressures.
