Rex Linn, Sasha Alexander, and Missi Pyle Cast in Season 2 of Apple TV’s ‘Stick’
EXCLUSIVE: Rex Linn, Sasha Alexander, and Missi Pyle have been added to the growing recurring cast of Apple TV’s Stick for its second season. Linn is known for his roles in Happy’s Place and Better Call Saul, while Alexander is recognized for The Lincoln Lawyer and The Morning Show. Pyle has appeared in Sterling Point and Y: The Last Man.
Created by Jason Keller, Stick is a heartwarming sports comedy centered around the theme of found family within the world of golf. The show’s first season features Owen Wilson in the lead role of Pryce Cahill, affectionately known as “Stick.” Cahill is a former professional golfer whose career came to an abrupt end two decades ago. Now working at a sporting goods store in Indiana, he places his hopes on a troubled 17-year-old golf talent named Santi, played by Peter Dager.
Apple recently announced the series’ renewal for a second season in July, confirming the return of Wilson and Dager, along with Marc Maron as Pryce’s friend Mitts, Mariana Treviño as Santi’s mother Elena, and Lilli Kay as Zero, the bartender-turned-caddy.
