Puka Nacua Joins Rams’ Offseason Program After Completing Rehab
Puka Nacua has returned to the Los Angeles Rams, participating in the team’s voluntary offseason workouts after entering rehab in March due to an incident involving allegations of biting a woman on New Year’s Eve.
The All-Pro wide receiver had an outstanding season last year, leading the NFL with 129 receptions. His performance is critical as the Rams aim for a championship run at Super Bowl LXI, scheduled to take place at SoFi Stadium in February.
Entering the final year of his rookie contract, Nacua is in a position to negotiate a substantial extension. Reports suggest that his new deal could rival or even surpass the $120 million guaranteed recently secured by Jaxon Smith-Njigba with the Seattle Seahawks.
