Pedro Pascal Shares Heartfelt Thoughts on His Lasting Friendship with Sarah Paulson

Pedro Pascal honored his longtime friend Sarah Paulson in a heartfelt tribute speech during her Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on December 2. Unable to attend the event, Pascal’s words were delivered by actress Amanda Peet.
“Missing this makes it too hard to find words … I’m so f—— proud of you. More, more, I love you more,” read Peet, conveying Pascal’s deep appreciation for Paulson.
The friendship between Pascal and Paulson dates back to 1993 when both were 18 and living in New York City. Throughout the years, they have supported each other, and Pascal’s emotional tribute showcased the bond they have developed.
Peet began the tribute by quoting Pascal, saying, “I can thank you both for my ridiculous fortune. Two birds grabbing sticks I never knew were for me and anyone in your heart.”

Pascal continued with his heartfelt expression: “To Sarah, I’ll just say there is no me without you. Without you, I wouldn’t believe in the moon or the sun in the sky. You are the opening in the road. You are the decorated forest, and most importantly, you’re my friend, and I’m yours eternally.”
His tribute concluded with a simple yet profound declaration: “I’m so f—— proud of you. More, more, I love you more. Period.”
The “Last of Us” star has often reflected on their early friendship, recalling his first month in New York City when he met Paulson. He noted, “I was really lucky because my first friend at NYU lived in Brooklyn, Kristen, and went to high school with you, so your guys’ posse kind of adopted me.”

Recalling shared experiences, Pascal mentioned a movie outing with friends: “We were all sobbing by the end of it.”
Their tenured friendship, marked by a profound connection and mutual admiration, continues to flourish as they navigate their successful careers in the entertainment industry.
