Peacock Introduces New Vertical Bravo Microdramas Starring Madison LeCroy and Georgia Gay
Peacock is set to introduce a series of microdramas featuring personalities from Bravo’s popular shows, including Southern Charm and The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. The streaming service will premiere two unscripted Bravo Original microdramas this summer, aiming to enhance its mobile platform with vertical video content.
Among the productions, Salon Confessionals will feature Madison LeCroy, while Campus Confidential: Miami (working title) will star Georgia Gay, the daughter of Heather Gay from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. These microdramas represent the first original vertical video content announced by a major US streaming platform, with availability planned for the Peacock mobile app.
In early 2025, Peacock revealed plans to enhance its offerings with vertical video, leading the charge in a trend that includes live sports, games like Jeopardy!, and an AI avatar of Andy Cohen guiding viewers through a personalized "Bravoverse."
Salon Confessionals with Madison LeCroy transforms her salon into a confessional space where clients seeking makeovers share astonishing life stories. Each appointment unfolds as a captivating narrative filled with secrets and surprises. The microdrama is produced by Micromaker and Haymaker East, with Aaron Rothman, Josh Halper, and Jesse Light serving as executive producers, alongside co-executive producers Ronica Wynder, Eric Fuller, and Caroline Bomback.
Campus Confidential: Miami invites viewers into the lives of elite students navigating friendships, romance, Greek life, and social media scandals in Miami. The storyline underscores the contrast between the glamorous façade and the more tumultuous realities behind the scenes. This production, too, is produced by Micromaker and Haymaker East, sharing the same executive and co-executive producers as Salon Confessionals.
