Dogan previously held the position of Director of Unscripted Originals at Netflix, where she dedicated six years to the company. Her portfolio includes acclaimed series such as Owning Manhattan, The Circle, Bling Empire, Buying Beverly Hills, Indian Matchmaking, and Get Organized with The Home Edit. Additionally, she was instrumental in producing Netflix’s inaugural major live event, the 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Prior to her tenure at Netflix, Dogan served as Senior Vice President of Development and Programming at E! Entertainment for 17 years, where she contributed to popular shows such as Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian, Total Divas, Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry, and Citizen Rose.
Dogan has a connection with Paramount that dates back to her role as Director of Development at VH1 from 2002 to 2007, a network that was then owned by Viacom, which eventually merged into what is now Paramount.
