Odessa Young and Will Poulter Team Up with Adam Driver in New Netflix Thriller ‘Rabbit, Rabbit’
Will Poulter and Odessa Young Join Adam Driver and Regina Hall in Netflix Thriller Series ‘Rabbit, Rabbit’
Will Poulter and Odessa Young will join Adam Driver and Regina Hall in Netflix’s upcoming hostage thriller series, Rabbit, Rabbit. The project is led by creator and showrunner Peter Craig and directed by Philip Barantini, with MRC producing.
Set against the backdrop of a tense standoff, the series follows escaped convict J-Will, portrayed by Driver. Cornered by law enforcement at a truck stop, J-Will takes hostages in a desperate attempt to negotiate for his freedom. The situation quickly escalates into a complex social experiment, as well as an emotional confrontation with an experienced FBI Crisis Negotiator, played by Hall, who specializes in "tactical empathy."
Young will portray Driver’s character’s love interest, adding another layer to the story.
Alongside Craig, Driver will serve as an executive producer, with Barantini attaching his name to the project as well. Samantha Beddoe and Bryan Unkeless are also on board as executive producers, representing their respective companies, It’s All Made Up Productions and Night Owl Stories. This collaboration comes as part of a first-look deal between MRC and Craig’s production company.
Young recently appeared alongside Jeremy Allen White in Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere and previously starred with Jacob Elordi in The Narrow Road To The Deep North. Poulter is best known for his role in the Emmy-winning series The Bear and has also featured in A24’s Warfare. He is set to appear next in Boots Riley’s We Love Boosters.
Young is represented by CAA, Echo Lake Entertainment, and Shanahan Management, while Poulter is repped by WME and Hamilton Hodell.
