Nikki Glaser showcased her trademark humor ahead of the 2026 Golden Globes, where she will host on January 11.
In a lighthearted interview with comedian Mary Beth Barone, the 41-year-old Glaser made jokes about her appearance. She quipped about “what aliens will find” about humans, stating, “They’ll find the filler on my skull. It will last longer than the bones probably.”
Glaser also provided insights into her red carpet preparations, revealing her unique approach to tanning. “I go literally the darkest that my spray tanner has ever gone,” she explained. “She has a special concoction for me because it’s never enough, and then I paint on top of it because it’s still never enough.”
This isn’t the first time Glaser has addressed her cosmetic choices. In a March 2025 appearance on The Tonight Show, she shared her intention to undergo a facelift. “Wait till the facelift,” she joked to host Jimmy Fallon when he complimented her appearance. “That’s coming. August 2026. I’m gonna do it. I have no problem with that.”

She continued with her reflections on cosmetic surgery, expressing that it should be approached with subtlety. “You’ve got to do it subtly, so they go, ‘What’s she doing?’ and you can just go, ‘Just meditating more. I’m doing the type of meditation that removes your eyelid skin,'” she quipped.
Describing her viewpoint on plastic surgery as “a wise investment,” Glaser acknowledged the societal stigma that surrounds aesthetic procedures. “People treat you better when you’re hotter. It’s just a fact. It’s a sad fact of life,” she noted.
Glaser compared cosmetic surgery to higher education, stating, “And everyone goes, ‘That’s so sad, why don’t you love the way you were born?’ and it’s like, ‘Well, why did you go to college? Why don’t you love the brain you were born with? Why did you pay thousands of dollars to that institution?'”
While hosting last year’s Golden Globes, Glaser humorously addressed Hollywood’s fixation on cosmetic enhancements, stating, “I love where you put your cheekbones.” Her comedic take continues to resonate as she navigates the intersection of humor and self-improvement in the public eye.
