NASCAR Suspends Daniel Dye for Comments About IndyCar’s David Malukas
NASCAR and Kaulig Racing have suspended driver Daniel Dye indefinitely following an incident in which he mocked IndyCar driver David Malukas during a livestream event. As a condition of his return to the Craftsman Truck Series, Dye is required to complete sensitivity training.
The 22-year-old Dye issued an apology on social media in response to the incident. This is not the first time he has faced disciplinary action; he was previously suspended four years ago due to a battery charge.
