The trio will headline the event on July 4, joined by U.S. alternative rock band The War On Drugs, with additional performers set to be announced later.
Tickets go on sale on December 4 through BST Hyde Park’s official website, with a presale for fans on the Mumford & Sons mailing list occurring earlier in the week.
“Hyde Park is woven into our story; it’s where so many memories were made. Coming back a decade later, with all this new music, feels incredibly special,” the band stated. “London is and always will be the band’s home. We can’t wait.”
AEG Presents CEO Jim King remarked, “Mumford & Sons’ last Hyde Park show was a milestone for BST. Having them return at this moment in their career is something we’re incredibly proud of.”
Mumford & Sons last performed at BST Hyde Park in 2015, supporting their third album, *Wilder Mind*. Prior to that, they shared the stage with Arcade Fire and played alongside The Vaccines at previous festivals.
In 2026, the band will be part of an impressive BST Hyde Park lineup, which will kick off with Garth Brooks performing his first U.K. show in almost three decades on June 27. Other notable acts include Maroon 5 (July 3), Pitbull and Kesha (July 10), and Lewis Capaldi (July 11 and 12).
Meanwhile, Mumford & Sons are gearing up for their winter U.K. arena tour, starting with a performance in Newcastle on November 29. The tour will also stop in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, and Cardiff, culminating in a two-night stint at The O2 in London on December 10 and 11. Their upcoming sixth studio album, *Prizefighter*, is scheduled for release on February 13, 2026, through Island Records, featuring collaborations with Hozier, Gracie Abrams, Chris Stapleton, and Gigi Perez, following their U.K. chart-topping album *Rushmere*, released in March.
