Michael Weatherly Appreciates NCIS Fans for the “Save Tony and Ziva” Moment in Times Square
Fans of NCIS: Tony & Ziva gathered in Times Square last night to advocate for the revival of their favorite show, which was canceled last month.
The enthusiastic supporters secured a billboard at the busy intersection of Broadway and 49th Street.
According to a social media post from the group, the “Save Tony and Ziva” billboard will display its message for 30 seconds at the 46th minute of every hour over a 24-hour period. The billboard is located at 1619 Broadway, between 49th and 50th streets.
Additionally, the group has established a website to provide further details about their efforts.
The spinoff series featuring Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo as the iconic characters was canceled in December.

Weatherly expressed his gratitude for the initiative on social media.
“I want to just say how much this made me smile and maybe even nudged my tear ducts,” the actor wrote. “Beautiful, and I want to say a GIGANTIC thank you to any and all involved. I see you. I appreciate you. Big kiss for 2026.”

Tony & Ziva, which debuted on September 4, ranked among Luminate’s Top 10 streaming series from September 5 to 11, accumulating an impressive 6.8 million hours viewed despite only four of its ten episodes being available during the measurement period.
Prior to its premiere, there was significant anticipation for this NCIS spinoff, as its trailer set a franchise record for the most views in a week, reaching 93 million.
