K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM is making waves once again with the announcement of their upcoming second studio album, *PUREFLOW pt. 1*, alongside the lead single “CELEBRATION.” The group revealed the release dates on Weverse on Sunday, confirming that the album will be available on May 22, with the single dropping on April 24.

Leading up to their comeback, the group started teasing their return on April 7 with a mysterious Instagram post featuring the hashtag “#TimeToCelebrate.” Fans responded eagerly, commenting inquiries such as, “What are we celebrating?” while others expressed their excitement with simple affirmations like, “Finally.”
In addition to the album announcement, LE SSERAFIM shared a video across their social media platforms and HYBE’s YouTube channel. The video displays the phrase “For we are not fearless, and therefore powerful,” which transitions into the word *PUREFLOW*. This message also appears in the caption.
*PUREFLOW* serves as the follow-up to LE SSERAFIM’s 2023 debut studio album, *UNFORGIVEN*, and marks their first release since the 2025 single “SPAGHETTI,” featuring j-hope of BTS. Since their debut in 2022 with the EP *FEARLESS,* LE SSERAFIM has made significant strides, performing at both the MTV VMAs and EMAs, achieving notable chart success on the Billboard 200, and appearing at Coachella in 2024. Their second EP, *ANTIFRAGILE,* debuted at No. 14 on the Billboard 200, while *UNFORGIVEN* secured the group’s first top 10 placement on the chart at No. 6 in May 2023.
