Los Angeles police conducted a warrant operation Tuesday morning at a residence in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood, northeast of downtown Los Angeles.
While specific details about the operation remain scarce, footage from NewsChopper4 revealed several handguns and rifles on the ground outside a home located on Manitou Avenue.
According to law enforcement sources speaking to NBC4 Investigates, the California Department of Justice raised concerns about the residence, prompting the LAPD to secure a probable cause warrant. As of now, no arrests have been reported in connection with the operation.
