On December 22, Kylie Kelce, a 33-year-old mother of four, discussed her approaches to the holiday season during a recent segment of her podcast, *Not Gonna Lie*. Joined by her husband, Jason Kelce, and their four daughters—Wyatt, 6; Elliotte, 4; Bennett, 2; and 8-month-old Finnley—Kylie revealed her insights and strategies for a festive family experience.
Kylie emphasized the importance of selecting the right locations for Santa meet-and-greets. She mentioned having two preferred spots, including a trusted photographer for family portraits and the Santa at King of Prussia Mall near Philadelphia, which she touted as a reliable option. “You need to take them to a large mall; it can’t be the mall that’s half forgotten,” she remarked. “You gotta go to the big mall.”
Furthermore, she warned against choosing any Santa with a fake beard that might detach, stating, “Go to the big mall; they grow that s—, it’s crazy.”
In terms of gift-giving, Kylie described her daughters’ wish lists as occasionally outrageous. “We can’t find the middle ground between actual things that exist and crazy whack ass options,” she noted. She expressed her preference for meeting in the middle on one meaningful gift each year. Last year, that resulted in her purchasing three different dollhouses. “That’s how I ended up with, I believe it was three different doll houses last year to figure out which one was the correct one,” she explained.
Despite their careful planning, she and Jason found themselves playing the role of “Santa’s elves” on Christmas Eve by adding colorful designs to one of the dollhouses. “We painted rainbows all over it,” she shared.

To enhance her gift-giving strategy, Kylie adopted a parenting hack from previous podcast guest Mandy Moore. Moore suggested taking photos of potential gifts at toy stores and sending them to Santa. Calling this method an “outstanding safety net,” Kylie demonstrated her commitment, noting that she already captures photos of items her daughters express interest in for future celebrations. “I really love to have them focus on earning it or asking for it in a way that connects to rewards,” she remarked.
