Kathie Lee Gifford Shares Her Beloved Holiday Stuffing Recipe in a Giant Bowl

Kathie Lee Gifford is back in the kitchen, serving up a family favorite just in time for the holidays. The 72-year-old TV personality took to Instagram to share a moment as she prepared one of her mother’s iconic recipes.

In a video, Gifford remarked, “I thought my cooking days were over for a while since Thanksgiving, but apparently a lot of people said, ‘Well, what about more stuffing? I never got more stuffing.’” She is seen energetically mixing ingredients in an enormous bowl.

As she mixed, Gifford referred to the stuffing as a staple in her home, stating, “So, here I am making more of my mom’s favorite sage and sausage stuffing. Everybody loves it.” She added a festive note, proclaiming, “It just wouldn’t be the holidays without it! 🎄✨ Merry Christmas, everybody!”

The video concluded with Gifford humorously declaring, “Gosh, I’m a wonderful person,” eliciting laughter from the person filming.

This isn’t the first occasion Gifford has discussed her beloved dish. Recently, while preparing for Thanksgiving, she shared her enthusiasm for the stuffing in a similar video.

“When I don’t make this, there’s a mutiny in my family,” she remarked in that post.

Gifford’s family has been expanding recently. Her son Cody recently welcomed his third child with wife Erika, and her daughter Cassidy has two children of her own.

“Babies are the last great miracle left in life. They never cease to amaze you, astound you and delight you,” Gifford expressed following the birth of her daughter’s child in June. “I am so in love already with this precious little girl!”

Gifford reflected on her daughter’s daughter, noting it’s hard to adapt to using the term “girl,” after being surrounded by boys in the family. “She is drop-dead beautiful like her mommy and as sweet as can be,” she added.
