United Talent Agency Signs Julia Fox for Full Representation
United Talent Agency (UTA) has announced the signing of Italian-American actress, artist, and bestselling author Julia Fox for representation across all areas.
Fox gained widespread recognition for her role in the critically acclaimed film "Uncut Gems," where she starred alongside Adam Sandler. Recently, she appeared in Universal’s psychological thriller "HIM," sharing the screen with Marlon Wayans and Tyriq Withers, under the production of Jordan Peele. Additionally, Fox starred opposite Vanessa Kirby in Netflix’s "The Night Always Comes," directed by Ben Caron. She showcased her versatility further with two films at the Tribeca Film Festival: "The Trainer" and "Fior di Latte," both of which received positive critical feedback. Currently, she is featured in the comedy "Idiotka."
Looking ahead, Fox will both star in and executive produce the indie drama "Perfect," alongside Ashley Moore, set to premiere at SXSW next week. Her upcoming projects also include "One Night Only," directed by Will Gluck, featuring Callum Turner and Monica Barbaro; "Loser," written and directed by Colleen McGuinness, where she acts as an executive producer alongside Angourie Rice, Finn Bennett, and Lukas Gage; and the independent comedy "Northbound," featuring Bruce Dern.
In her collaboration with Steven Soderbergh, Fox was recently seen in Neon’s supernatural thriller "Presence," starring alongside Lucy Liu, following their prior work together on HBO Max’s "No Sudden Move."
Fox’s memoir, "Down the Drain," chronicles her journey from a challenging upbringing to becoming a multi-hyphenate artist and social media influencer, earning a spot on the "New York Times" bestseller list. In the fashion realm, she has also been named one of the newest faces for MAC Cosmetics.
