PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly are gearing up for music’s biggest evening at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards.
The Red Carpet Live event will commence at 6 p.m. ET on February 1, with an expected conclusion around 7:45 p.m. ET. Attendees, including prominent nominees and performers, will walk the red carpet outside Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena.
Patrick Gomez and Janine Rubenstein are set to host the coverage, which will also be available on the websites and social media platforms of PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly.
Kendrick Lamar leads the nominations this year, having received nine nods from the Recording Academy, announced on November 7, 2025.

Lady Gaga, alongside producers Cirkut and Jack Antonoff, follows closely with seven nominations. Other notable contenders include Bad Bunny, Leon Thomas, and Sabrina Carpenter, each with six nominations. Additionally, artists such as Doechii, SZA, Andrew Watt, Tyler the Creator, and Pusha T secured five nominations each.
Trevor Noah will return as the host of the Grammys for “one final time,” a role he has filled for five consecutive years.
At 41, he is also recognized as an executive producer for the event.
The Recording Academy has introduced two new categories this year: Best Album Cover and Best Traditional Country Album, while the Best Country Album category has been rebranded as Best Contemporary Country Album.

In 2025, Beyoncé won the Grammy for Album of the Year for Cowboy Carter, awarded by members of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
In her acceptance speech, she expressed gratitude to firefighters for their service, specifically acknowledging those affected by the recent Los Angeles wildfires.
The 68th Grammy Awards will be broadcast live on February 1 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBS and Paramount+.
