90 Day Fiancé stars John McManus and Meghan Brown have announced the birth of their first child, a daughter named Rowan Elizabeth McManus, born on Friday, January 2. They shared the happy news, along with exclusive photographs of their newborn, with PEOPLE.

“We are beyond excited to begin this new chapter in our lives and to welcome a new member into the 90 Day Family,” the couple expressed.

The couple’s daughter arrived at 8:36 p.m., weighing 6 lbs and 7 oz, and measuring 19 inches long. “Rowan, we already love you more than words can say and can’t wait to watch the person you become,” they said. “We’re also ready for the many lessons that come with caring for a baby, learning as we go, mistakes and all.”

John proposed to Meghan during the season four episode of 90 Day: The Single Life Tell All, making them the first couple to get engaged during a televised tell-all in the series history back in 2024. PEOPLE had exclusive footage of the heartfelt proposal.

Photos captured the moment John, dressed in a dark blue and red patterned shirt and dark red slacks, dropped to one knee before Meghan, who wore a vibrant red dress paired with knee-high black boots, seated on the tell-all couch.

Meghan accepted the proposal, admiring the engagement ring, a gold band adorned with smaller diamonds surrounding a central stone. As the couple shared a kiss to celebrate their engagement, they also received warm congratulations from fellow cast members.

Reflecting on their journey, John expressed, “I’ve been single pretty much my whole life and now I’ve entered a whole new chapter and I’m finally engaged! Megan and I are the perfect match and I’m excited about all the fun as well as challenges that come with being married.”
