Teigen shared highlights from their visit on Instagram, posting photos of the family engaging with the colorful slime attractions. She captioned the images, “One last thing before we leave NYC 🥹 we love you @sloomooinstitute!”
In the posted photos, Legend is seen smiling alongside his children as they explore various installations and partake in hands-on activities. This birthday celebration followed a busy holiday season for the family.
Earlier in the month, Legend, Teigen, and their children attended Disney on Ice at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, where they took photos with Mickey and Minnie Mouse ahead of the show.
The couple, who wed in 2013, are parents to daughters Luna Simone, 9, and Esti Maxine, 2, as well as sons Miles Theodore, 7, and Wren Alexander, 2.
Legend’s family celebration coincided with a significant achievement on the Billboard Gospel Airplay chart. His collaboration with Tasha Cobbs Leonard, “Church,” reached No. 1, marking Legend’s inaugural appearance and leading position on the chart while also earning Cobbs Leonard her 10th No. 1 in the genre.
“I grew up singing and playing in the church,” Legend stated regarding this milestone. “So, I have a profound respect for the tradition of gospel music and gospel radio. To have ‘Church’ reach No. 1 on the Gospel Airplay chart and to get my first ever Grammy nomination in the Gospel category is a blessing.”
The song is also nominated for best gospel performance/song at the Grammy Awards, scheduled for February 1.
