In a recent development, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have taken their Beverly Hills mansion off the market for the second time. Property records indicate that the listing was removed on January 26, four months after the home was re-listed for $52 million in September 2025.
The couple initially purchased the expansive property for nearly $61 million in May 2023. They first attempted to sell the mansion publicly in July 2024, just a month before Lopez filed for divorce, with an asking price of $68 million.
Following a price reduction to just under $60 million in May 2025, the property was taken off the market for the first time that July.

The 38,000-square-foot estate features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, and additional facilities including a caretaker house and a two-bedroom guardhouse. Amenities also include a sports lounge, a fully-equipped gym, a boxing ring, and courts for basketball and pickleball.
When the property was removed from the market in July 2025, a source noted it was a “decision they made together.” The insider explained, “While they’ve been hoping to sell the property, they’ve also been hesitant to take a big loss. They lowered the price to get more interest, and when this didn’t happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together.”
A real estate source added, “It’s a rough sellers’ market, especially for that price point. Taking it off the market until it’s more of a seller-friendly climate seems like the smartest decision.”
Lopez and Affleck initially sought to sell the estate off-market in June 2024, a common practice among high-profile celebrities for privacy reasons. However, they later decided to publicly list the property the following month.
In terms of their personal lives, it was previously reported that Lopez filed for divorce on their second anniversary on August 20, 2024, marking the end of their two-year marriage, which was finalized on January 6, 2025.
