Jake Hall Passes Away at 35: Remembering the Star of ‘The Only Way Is Essex’
Jake Hall, known for his appearance on the ITV reality show The Only Way is Essex, has tragically died at the age of 35 in Spain.
Reports from The Sun indicate that Hall sustained head injuries following an accident at a villa in Majorca.
A spokesperson for the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office confirmed to BBC News, “We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Spain and are in contact with the local authorities.” Hall was identified as the individual in question.
The Spanish Civil Guard stated to BBC News that an investigation into the incident is underway, noting that it “appears to be an accidental death.”
Social media tributes have been pouring in for Hall, who was also a model and fashion designer. He joined the cast of The Only Way is Essex in 2015 and had a prior relationship with co-star Chloe Lewis.

The production team for The Only Way is Essex released a statement, saying, “Jake was a part of the TOWIE family for a number of years, and we send our very deepest sympathies to his family and friends following today’s very sad news.”
Hall becomes the second former star of The Only Way is Essex to pass away this year. In March, Jordan Wright died in Thailand, where local reports stated he was found deceased in a concrete drainage system on the island of Phuket.
Hall is survived by his daughter, whose mother is Missé Beqiri, a star of Ladies of London and former cast member of Real Housewives of Cheshire.
