Six months after Kate Middleton’s longtime stylist Natasha Archer left her position at Kensington Palace, the princess appears to be embracing her own fashion sense and has no intention of finding a replacement. A royal insider shared that Middleton is feeling “confident” in her styling choices, as reported by People.
“Kate has always been very involved in choosing her outfits for royal engagements, but now she is so confident, she knows exactly what suits her and what doesn’t,” the source stated.

Natasha Archer dedicated 15 years to serving the royal family before departing to pursue new business opportunities. She initially joined in 2010 as a personal assistant and was later elevated to senior private executive assistant in 2022.

Throughout her tenure, Archer played a crucial role in many of Middleton’s iconic fashion moments, including the bright green body-con dress she wore to the 2022 Earthshot Prize Awards. This outfit sparked discussions on eco-conscious fashion and exemplified the influential “Kate Middleton Effect,” which adds an estimated $1.27 billion annually to the U.K. economy.

A source previously noted to Vanity Fair that while Kate was initially reluctant to embrace her role as a fashion icon, she now enjoys the spotlight. The source added that Archer encouraged Middleton to “take some more risks” with her style choices.
