Gia Giudice, known for her role in Bravo’s Next Gen NYC and her podcast Casual Chaos, has achieved a remarkable feat. At just 24 years old, Giudice has secured the title of the youngest winner in the history of FOX’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. This accomplishment was not gained through dramatic confessionals but through an intense military-style training regimen.
In this extraordinary competition, former Special Forces operatives led participants through an exhaustive endurance course. Giudice demonstrated exceptional resolve, pushing through challenges such as freezing water submersions, tactical combat simulations, sleep deprivation, and rigorous physical drills. Her victory against Olympians and professional athletes underscores her mental toughness and resilience in one of the toughest environments on television.
In the wake of her victory, Giudice has immersed herself in an ambitious filming schedule for Next Gen. “Every day is different, I’m not going to lie,” she stated regarding her busy routine, which typically spans from Tuesday to Saturday. Even with scheduled breaks on Sundays and Mondays, her calendar remains packed, juggling Amazon Live streams and podcast recordings among various other commitments.
Despite her hectic schedule, Giudice emphasizes the importance of self-care and fitness. “I always like to throw in a workout or at least go on a walk if I can’t get that in,” she explained. She is also focusing on improving her sleep, acknowledging its necessity amid her demanding lifestyle.
Her evening routine is anything but a time for relaxation. “I’m pretty active!” she shared, noting how she often uses her time in bed to edit content filmed throughout the day.
Giudice’s beauty routine also reflects her commitment to consistency. She favors products from brands like Make Up For Ever and Tower 28 and recently discovered skincare lines such as Caudalie and SkinBetter. Additionally, she maintains regular professional treatments, including facials and dermaplaning, to ensure her skin remains in top condition.
Reflecting on her approach to challenges, Giudice revealed a powerful inner motivation that has been pivotal throughout her life. “I’ve just always had that ‘push-through’ mentality,” she commented. The support from her castmates during the competition also fueled her determination. “Even though it was an individually based course, all of the castmates were pushing each other… Their way of motivating me… is what I like.”
Looking ahead, Giudice expresses excitement for what the future holds. “The next three weeks are pretty much go, go, go because we’re at the tail end of wrapping Season 2 for Next Gen,” she said. After a busy season, she anticipates a much-needed break over the holidays to reconnect with her family, including plans to see her father in the near future.
