The cast of the acclaimed HBO Max medical drama The Pitt is back for a second season, with some of their off-screen partners joining them in the spotlight. The series, which features Noah Wyle and Katherine LaNasa in lead roles, returned on January 8, showcasing the high-stakes environment of Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center’s emergency room during a tense Fourth of July shift.
Despite portraying a single character, Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch, Wyle has been married to Sara Wyle for over a decade. Their relationship was highlighted during Wyle’s acceptance speech at the 2026 Golden Globes, where he won the award for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series. He expressed profound gratitude towards his wife, saying, “I’ve been supported by an incredible wife and three great children all along the way.” Wyle also extended a special birthday message to Sara on stage: “Lastly, to my beautiful wife, Sara, happy birthday. I hope you’re enjoying your party.”

Noah Wyle, who plays Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch, married Sara Wyle on June 7, 2014, at their Santa Barbara home. “It was beautiful. It was great. It was a very small ceremony,” Wyle shared on The View after their wedding. In June 2015, just a year after their nuptials, they welcomed their daughter, Frances. Wyle was previously married to Tracy Warbin, with whom he shares two children.

Katherine LaNasa portrays Dana Evans on The Pitt and is married to actor Grant Show. They met in 2006 while working on the HBO series Big Love and officially became engaged in July 2012, marrying on August 18, 2012. They welcomed their daughter, Eloise, on March 25, 2014. Additionally, LaNasa has a son, Henry, from her previous marriage to Dennis Hopper.

Patrick Ball, who plays Dr. Frank Langdon, has been dating Elysia Roorbach since they met in Miami in 2023 while working on a stage adaptation.
